Listen: We start by listening to what you are trying to do. We ask you about your situation and goals. We review past projects, competitor branding, and other relevant material that may help in the overall project.

Think: After some thought, we develop different approaches and creative concepts and “play” with the best ideas. We pay thoughtful attention to the project goals, patterns and alternative ways to visually tell your story.

Transform: We then present you with several ideas. We have found that it's good to present many design concepts at this stage, and to collaborate with you on the direction you want to take. This way, the design is truly “yours,” since you have given input every step of the way.
